Refund policy
We will happily accept your return for store credit only.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging if applicable. You’ll also need to provide your order number. Please see list of items that are non-returnable.
To start a return, you can contact us at boymommaboutique@gmail.com. Once your item is received by BoyMomma Boutique, an email will be sent to you with a code to use for your store credit. Shipping costs paid by customer do not count toward store credit- only the amount paid for the returned item(s). We can also arrange drop off for local shoppers.

Final Sale Items
Any type of under garment
Swimwear
Accessories
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges because of inventory always changing and sizes / styles selling out. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item if it’s in stock
